Recruiting Professionals


Resume Sourcer
  • Will work during US night hours

  • Will source qualified resumes for the assigned requirement from active sources (i.e. job boards, job postings, referrals, etc.) and passive sources (i.e. network based recruiting, social recruiting, referral solicitation, etc.), and professional networks

  • Match resumes to the job description based on a visual screen

  • Shortlist matching candidates (based on those who best fit the requirement specifications) and submit resumes to client representative

  • Highlight relevant skills and include key contact information for all resumes submitted

  • Maintain and submit weekly reports


Recruiter
  • Will work during YOUR business hours

  • Will source qualified resumes for the assigned requirement from active sources (i.e. job boards, job postings, referrals, etc.) and passive sources (i.e. network based recruiting, social recruiting, referral solicitation, etc.), and professional networks

  • Match resumes to the job description

  • Shortlist matching candidates(based on those who best fit the requirement specifications)

  • Conduct a pre-screen interview with the candidates to ensure they meet minimum qualifications

  • Confirm candidate's compensation expectations and interest in position

  • Complete screen form or recruiting checklist (provided by the client)

  • Forward resumes along with checklist to client representative

  • Complete recruiting process steps per client specifications (including tasks such as completion of the pre-interview agreement, rate confirmations, etc.)

  • Will interact with your representative to coordinate interviews, prep the candidate for the interviews, and obtain interview feedback

  • Maintain and submit weekly reports


Senior Recruiter
  • Has leadership experience

  • Usually leads a team of Sourcers and Recruiters

  • Guides their work and mentor's their growth

  • Will work during YOUR business hours

  • Will source qualified resumes for the assigned requirement from active sources (i.e. job boards, job postings, referrals, etc.) and passive sources (i.e. network based recruiting, social recruiting, referral solicitation, etc.), and professional networks

  • Match resumes to the job description

  • Shortlist matching candidates(based on those who best fit the requirement specifications)
